Dr. Jean M. Cange’, a Board Certified Family Practice Physician, will be joining the Invision Health team at the Brain and Spine Center In Feburary of 2012 and will be seeing patients in our Williamsville office located at 400 International Drive.

Dr. Jean M. Cangé is a graduate of Columbia University of New York with a degree in Biology and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He completed his residency in Family Practice at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine where he also served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Cangé is former President of the Kenmore Mercy Hospital Medical Staff as well as former Secretary, Vice-President and President of the Erie County Chapter of the NYS Academy of Family Physicians. A strong advocate for the medically underserved, he was Medical Director of the Emerson Young Free Clinic of Sheehan Health Network.

He is a former Clinical Assistant Instructor in the Department of Family Practice at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine who has taught and continues to teach medical students, nurse practitioners and physician assistant students to improve the future of community based medical care. Dr. Cangé has recently filmed a medical documentary for WNED on improving physician/patient relationships as a way to optimize health care. As a Primary Care Physician, Dr. Cangé encourages his patients to actively participate in their own wellness by promoting patient confidence through education.

Dr. Cangé’s practice is unique in being diverse. Since he also speaks French and Spanish, he’s able to engage all patients on their own comfort level and focus on excellent clinical care, diagnosis and treatment.
