Dr. Cange is a graduate of Columbia University of New York with a degree in Biology and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He completed his residency in Family Practice at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine where he also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Cangé is former President of the Kenmore Mercy Hospital Medical Staff as well as former Secretary, Vice-President and President of the Erie County Chapter of the NYS Academy of Family Physicians. A strong advocate for the medically underserved, he was Medical Director of the Emerson Young Free Clinic of Sheehan Health Network.
He is a former Clinical Assistant Instructor in the Department of Family Practice at SUNY Buffalo School of Medicine who has taught and continues to teach medical students, nurse practitioners and physician assistant students to improve the future of community based medical care.
Dr. Cange has received many honors including being recognized by Patient’s Choice as well as the Compassionate Doctor Recognition and the On Time Doctor Award.
Dr. Cangé is also fluent in French and Spanish.
