Dr. Michael Slater is a Board certified family medicine physician who focuses on whole body health.
He specializes in caring for patients with diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol problems, among many others.
Dr. Slater received his medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. Prior to this, he worked as a senior aide to Senator John Glenn in Washington DC, specializing in issues related to nuclear weapons and weapons of mass destruction issues.
He is also a nationally published poet and widely known expert on homelessness, housing and other poverty related issues. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Chicago.
Dr. Slater is happy to welcome new patients to his practice. He speaks, Spanish, French, Russian and English.
